I'm a mathematician and programmer who is one year into a PhD in computational fluid dynamics at the Materials Engineering Research Institute in Sheffield Hallam University (SHU).
I previously completed a BSc Mathematics degree at SHU with a First Hons.
I've lived just outside Sheffield all my life and continued living at home throughout studying for my degree.
I enjoy playing strategy and simulation games, as well as reading epic-fantasy and science fiction books.
Technology has always interested me, including: building computers, virtual reality, and programming.
I also enjoy travelling and walking in the Peak District (or other places!).
